You or your kids may have completed your workout, but your body is still hard at work. Experts suggest the first two hours after exercise is when the body's real work begins - it's the best time to refuel and rehydrate your body with a naturally nutrient-rich protein drink like lowfat chocolate milk.

Chocolate milk contains a mix of carbohydrates and protein to refuel muscles, fluids to rehydrate, and electrolytes including calcium, potassium and magnesium to replenish what is lost in sweat. Plus, your whole family will love the great taste of chocolate milk!
