Apple Pie in a Glass
Makes 2 servings, 6 ounces of milk per serving.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups | fat free or lowfat milk |
| 3 tablespoons | frozen apple juice concentrate |
| 1/2 cup | lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | ground cinnamon |
Directions
Mix ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
