Rice Pudding
Makes 1 serving, 8 ounces of milk per serving.
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup | pre-cooked rice (in a little bit of water) |
| 1 cup | fat free or lowfat milk |
| 1 | cinnamon stick in chunks |
| 2 tablespoons | low-calorie sugar or sweetener substitute |
| 1/2 teaspoon | vanilla |
| Powdered cinnamon to taste |
Directions
In a pot at low heat finish cooking the rice with the milk, chunks of cinnamon stick, sugar and vanilla.
Remove from stove until rice is cooked, avoiding burning the milk.
Serve in a glass and sprinkle the powdered cinnamon.
Decorate with raisins (optional).
