Makes 2 servings, 4 ounces of milk per serving.
Ingredients
| 1 cup | fat free or lowfat milk |
| 1/2 cup | pumpkin puree |
| 1/2 cup | crushed ice |
| 2 tablespoon | fat free half and half |
| 1/4 cup | graham cracker crumbs |
| 1 | banana, sliced and frozen |
| 1 tablespoon | brown sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | maple syrup |
| 1/2 teaspoon | cinnamon |
| pinch | salt |
| pinch | freshly grated nutmeg |
Directions
Combine milk and next nine ingredients (through salt) in a blender; process until smooth. Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg, if desired.
