Power Orange Smoothie

Makes 4 servings, 4 ounces of milk per serving.
Ingredients
| 2 cups | fat free or lowfat milk |
| 1 | 6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate |
| 1/2 cup | sifted powdered sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla extract |
| 4 to 6 | ice cubes |
Directions
In a blender combine milk, orange juice concentrate, powered sugar and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes one at a time, through open lid; blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately. Yields 1 quart. This shake can also be poured into freezer-pop containers for a dreamsicle snack.
