Ingredients
| 1 | ripe banana, peeled quartered and frozen |
| 1/2 cup | nonfat milk |
| 1/4 cup | plain nonfat yogurt |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | creamy natural peanut butter |
Directions
This smoothie is a great way to use overripe bananas. Just peel them, cut them into chunks, and freeze them in a plastic bag. Then they'll be at the ready when you need them.Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
