Minty Melon Smoothie

Makes 1 serving, Approximately 5 ounces of milk per serving.

Ingredients

2/3 cup fat free or lowfat milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Splenda
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 cups honeydew melon cubes
14 large mint leaves
extra mint leaves


Directions

Place all ingredients (except extra mint leaves) in a blender and whip until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass, garnish with extra mint leaves, and serve immediately.
