Makes 4 servings, 4 ounces of milk per serving.
Ingredients
| 2 cups | fat free or lowfat milk |
| 1 | can cream-style corn (14 1/2 ounce) |
| 1/4 teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 teaspoon | liquid smoke |
| 1 | can chopped clams, undrained (6 1/2 ounce) |
Directions
Combine milk, corn, sage, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the clams. Served hot or chilled.
