Cheese Flan
Makes 10 servings, Approximately 3 ounces of milk per serving.
Ingredients
| 1 can | (14 ounces) fat free condensed milk |
| 1/2 can | (12 ounces) fat free evaporated milk |
| 1 cup | fat free or lowfat milk |
| 5 | eggs |
| 10 ounces | low fat cream cheese |
| 4 tablespoons | sugar for the caramel |
Directions
Mix the different types of milk. Add the eggs, one by one.
Add the cream cheese to a 9 inch mould coated with caramel (previously prepared).
Pour the mix. Heat the oven at 350 degrees F.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
