Cheese Flan

Cheese Flan

Makes 10 servings, Approximately 3 ounces of milk per serving.

Ingredients

1 can (14 ounces) fat free condensed milk
1/2 can (12 ounces) fat free evaporated milk
1 cup fat free or lowfat milk
5 eggs
10 ounces low fat cream cheese
4 tablespoons sugar for the caramel


Directions

Mix the different types of milk. Add the eggs, one by one. Add the cream cheese to a 9 inch mould coated with caramel (previously prepared).
Pour the mix. Heat the oven at 350 degrees F.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
