Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Makes 1 serving, 4 ounces of milk per serving

Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 teaspoon honey


Directions

This cold, frothy shake is a vibrant shade of purple and as delicious as it is beautiful. Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

195 calories; 1 g fat; 10 g protein; 40 g carbohydrate; 4 g fiber; 5 mg cholesterol; 134 mg sodium

Excellent source of calcium, protein, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K. Also, a good source of fiber, manganese, phosphorus and riboflavin.
