From March to September, the Milk Mustache Mobile "Milk the Moment" Tour is traveling the country celebrating the special moments families share around the dinner table. The tour aims to help moms build strong families by showing them that serving milk at dinnertime is an easy, affordable way to help ensure their families get the nutrition they need.
We're also inviting moms to you make the most of time together around the table. Do your kids pour each family member a glass of milk? Or does your family do a milk toast to start off every meal? Event attendees can enter the national "Milk the Moment" contest by sharing how they "milk the moment" with their family for a chance to win a trip to San Francisco to have a family dinner with one of the newest Milk Mustache celebrities, chef Tyler Florence.
Each tour even offers the following FREE, interactive activities:
- Opportunity to speak with a registered dietitian and receive tips on how to make a healthy family meal.
- Alongside our tour partners, Dairy Management Inc. and the NFL's Fuel Up To Play 60 program, kids can participate in a football toss that demonstrates the importance of eating healthy and being physically active.
- Visit the Milk Mustache Facebook page to "Pass the Gallon" to benefit families in need through a partnership with Feeding America.
- Strike a pose to receive your very own souvenir Milk Mustache photo.
- Enter the "Milk the Moment" contest for a chance to win a trip for four to San Francisco for a family dinner with one of the newest Milk Mustache celebrities, chef Tyler Florence.
