Peanuts

Charles M. Schulz's the PEANUTS gang debuted in seven American newspapers on October 2, 1950 and continued to capture readers' hearts and wit for decades. Over 60 years later, the comic strip still appears in over 2,200 newspapers, in 75 countries and 21 languages. PEANUTS animated "specials" have become a seasonal tradition, while thousands of consumer products have been designed for fans across all retail channels.

The PEANUTS gang offers a character everyone can relate to. Charlie Brown is the lovable loser in the zig-zag t-shirt who never gives up, although he almost never wins. Charlie's worst critic is Snoopy, his wildly imaginative, supremely confident canine companion. As he ponders life from the top of his doghouse, Snoopy writes the great American novel, travels to the moon and plots revenge on the cat next door.

The rest of the gang, including: Lucy, who can be seen dispensing advice from her 5-cent psychiatrist's booth; Linus, the benevolent, blanket-clutching philosopher; Sally, Charlie Brown's little sister who will be the first one to tell you she is always right about everything; Schroeder, the mini musical genius; Peppermint Patty, a fearless born leader; Marcie, Peppermint Patty's smart and loyal follower; Franklin, possibly the only one to not have an unkind word about Charlie Brown; and Pigpen, happily traveling in his own private dust storm; are always around to join in on life's adventures and crazy mishaps.
