Brooke Shields is a mother, actor and model. She has two Golden Globe Award® nominations, five People's Choice Awards® and an American Comedy Awards nomination. People Magazine named her twice as one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world and three times as one of the most intriguing people of the year. Currently, Shields holds one of the leading roles in the brand new series "Lipstick Jungle" on NBC.

Shields began her career at just 11 months of age in a commercial for Ivory and she has remained a famous face in Hollywood since. She left a standing impression with fans across the country with her Calvin Klein Jeans ad and was the "Face of the Eighties" on Time magazine. At the age of 15, Shields became the youngest model ever to grace the cover of Cosmopolitan. By 16 she had already appeared on the cover of every major fashion magazine, including Cosmopolitan, Vogue, Glamour, Harper's Bazaar, Mademoiselle, Seventeen, and Elle. She graced the cover of Vogue magazine 13 times over a seven-year period and appeared on more than 300 magazine covers internationally between the years of 1980 and 1985.

TV Guide magazine chose her as the best TV guest star of 2006 for her performances on "Nip/Tuck" (2003) and "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (2001). Shields produced and starred in "Suddenly Susan" (1996-2000) and made guest appearances in several major series including "Hannah Montana," "That 70's Show," "Friends" and "Two and a Half Men".

Graduating from Princeton University with honors in French Literature, Shields pursued her love for the theatre, and made her Broadway debut as Rizzo in the hit musical Grease where she earned the Theatre World Award in 1994 for Outstanding Debut on Broadway.

Shields married in 2001 to Chris Henchy and they have two young daughters, Rowan and Grier.
